how much money should i ask for for upgrading my account to paid therefore giving him plex ???

I would suggest checking the market and seeing how much PLEX are worth. From that you should be able to come to your own conclusions.

Check the offers in the official Buddy Invites and rewards from players thread. The least generous offer is a few hundred million ISK.

one guy offers me 150 million isk for upgradint trial.

he gives money after he sells PLEX, which is like 450 million now. unfair.

Unfair? lol The people who do this don't have to give you anything.

Just do a normal 14-day trial and forget about the whole PLEX thing. The people in your starter corp will likely be generous with ISK donations and free stuff, as well as advice and help with the tutorials and missions. Having expensive stuff when your character doesn't have the skills to use it properly just means you cry harder when it goes boom.

Where are the times that noobs fought for every 1000 ISK they could get.

In my honost opinion all people who give more then 10mil too noob pilots are spoiling them.

Better to earn your own ISK to buy that ship so it's yours and you know how much work you had to put into it to get it.

Same here, when I started out I worked hard for every little ship in my hangar (still have them as a reminder where it all started). I was full of shame when I needed to ask for a loan on corp members (like 2 - 3 mil) to finish my Lvl-2 destroyer and be able to load ammo.

Still don't understand why new pilots need like 150 - 350 mil ISK, you can't be spending that in your first couple of months unless you are wasting it on stuff you don't need. And later when you need the ISK you should be able to farm it yourself in any way you like.

So far only 1 of my ships isn't paid by my own efforts but it was a gift from corp members so I could join them in a fleet. And that ship is one of the few I would hate to loose as I know other people putted effort in it to be able to buy and fit it.

you can check
Buddy Invites and rewards from players
and you will see many of them are offering up to 400 mil ISK (some offer more).

150 mil for this is a robbery these days Blink

Remember mining in my newbieship and some bloke in a hulk messaged me and said there was some left over ore in a cargo container i could take cause he couldnt be bothered to make another trip. i was exstatic, had to travel between cargo container and station 3 timers to empty the container, since i couldnt fly anything else, lolz. such newbieness... :D

Here if the experienced players can make money in no time why do they need the 450m the plex is worth? By the newbe geting it it means they have 51 days (21 trial + 30 they paid for) to make extra 100 odd million so they can by a plex and stay in the game not everyone can afford $/€15 a month.

Understand that but 95% of the newb will just use the Money/PLEX they get to buy expensive stuff they shouldn't fly in at that moment as they don't know how to properly use it.

IMO, a "fair" amount would be around 50% of the cost of a PLEX.
Currently, that would be somewhere around 220 mil ISK.

On the other hand, depends on how often people would NOT activate the invites I would send out.

P.S. If I would bother to send all of them out, that is. Given that I send next to none, anything up to almost the entire value of one PLEX would be "good enough".
