Presumably the smallest ammo would be Light Ning, but you just know some people are going to abuse the heavy ammo and call it Fat Ning. And then everyone will start complain-ning...

its intended to be something fun. Yes we do have fireworks but often when you fire them at people they are gone before it can hit.

this can be used both for bad nings or good ones to tell people they got a good (or bad) eve ning from another player.

yes it would be passive. Apparently I did realize how much they were needed in the game.
