Why the most agile race have the webs...
The logic should be that the slower races should have the better way to catch faster ones...

So Webs and Neutralizer range bonuses on ships should be on Caldari and Amarr...
I know Amarrs have already the Nutralizers and I saw they gained bonuses on neutralizer range on the last updates and it is quite good even if because of the lasers they simply unable to use them well. So now they become Drone boat.
If the Amarr had the webs range bonuses and the Caldari the neutra range bonuses that could be better no?

The Minmatar should have the Dampeners and the Galente the ECM Bonuses.


It is just strange...

probably to further take advantage of an enemy's weakness. and then theres usually another Ewar that plays on the enmy strength

Make slow ships slower/make small ships bigger

Small cap size ships neuted out easier/Make guns with good tracking have bad tracking

And then you have gallente and caldari who fill in the rest. Maybe not much sense there but somebody had to do it

I'm pretty sure the Gallente ship engineers are on some crash.
