Agree with all the points mention. The fourth comic looked not that well.Sad Moreover space, looked just terrible. The space is so gorgeous in EVE, the nebula´s and stations, somehow I could not feel it from the comics. Nevertheless I like this Idea. Thumbs Up.

Ahhh Weasel,

It didn't hurt my ego at all but I'm sure it would definitely hurt your ego if 'True Stories' was based on other players instead of your infamous Alliance and it's *cough cough* wizard leader.

Obviously there's plenty of stories in Eve that doesn't involve Goonies yet still contains all the aspects of this game that everyone constantly spouts.

Of course since you guys have Meta-Gaming level 5 trained there's no need to worry about it ever happening anytime soon.

I would like to know what normal readers of Darkhorse Comics thought about this. The perspective of readers who aren't Eve freaks would be refreshing.

My opinion about the comics can be summarized like this:
1st + 2nd issue: Kinda OK.
3rd issue: Good
4th issue: Weird art, but the end was worth it.

Honestly, I really wanted to like them, but couldn't make it past the first issue.

And a real waste of an opportunity as well.

Plot: Dude on the winning side of a war doesn't feel important enough, so gives his password to a dude on the losing side, who disbands the alliance and says 'we won'.

I think it all fell apart the moment you put a 'down vote' button on the True Story web site. Mittens sends out a mail:

" Minions!

The EvE community has come up with some truly awesome and gripping stories from 10 years of emergent gameplay. So I need you all to drop what you're doing and down vote this list with each of your alts. Oh, and don't forget to up vote mine with each alt.
