I have asked Eve Radio to give a breakdown of the real life cash amount they ask for to keep the station on air on a monthly basis.

If there is nothing to hide then transparency to appease these requests shouldn't be difficult.

All i have suggested is absent audit, things might not be quite as they seem.


If you make a donation then you've "donated" your money and given it away. It's not yours any more, you had a choice to either donate it or not and if you make the decision to do so then you do on the merits of the recipient. If you wanted an audit and to verify where that has gone (transparency), then donate to someone who provides it.

I would think that most people donate because they like the content and are happy to throw a few coins their way - that's it! You were never promised a breakdown of costs, you just gave them some money because you liked their content.

Maybe we should witch hunt all the twitch streamers who get donations too? Roll

Why does my friends church keep asking for donations even when I'm sure they have enough. Must be a scam? I'll put a sign in my community park saying so. That will certainly make people agree with me.

You have no proof of them embezzling or of their operating costs. They ask for money month after month because they can. And it's always nice to have some back up cash in case donations come in low for a certain month.
