EVE makes my mouse and keyboard pause and hesitate

It seems to be sporadic. Especially bad when trying to resize windows while in station.
This also affects mouse and kb behavior outside the EVE game UI environment but only while EVE client is running.
When I exit the game, shut down client, mouse and kb act normally.

try setting your graphics to high performance and see if it persists. I had this problem when I put one of my graphics settings too high. It was especially hurting my web surfing when tabbed out of eve.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.
