On this website I read that:

I've also heard something about a Cerebral Accelerator, but I can't seem to find anything official on the signup page, so does anyone know or have a link to somewhere with details of the goodies available for subscribing?

Afaik the Cerebral Accelerator is only when you do a buddy invite.... and no you can't extend an existing account with one.

And if you get the idea of making a new buddy account anyway and then transferring the character from the first accont you can only transfer characters when BOTH accounts are full and paid for.

People in chat are saying you still get the Cerebral Accelerator when you subscribe and the CA-1....I'm just worried that the account mgmnt page doesn't mention either!

Not sure whether to upgrade my 14 day trial now or accept someone's 21 day trial offer and setup a new character and then subscribe!

The Cerebral Accelerator is a reward for all new accounts created through any means. It's a limited time offer that started at the end of October 2011 and as per Jake's post below, ended on 28th November 2011.

The Hardwiring - Genolution Core Augmentation CA-1 is a special Winter Expansion present to accounts that were active on the release day of Crucible.

As far as buddy invites go, there is the regular Buddy Invite offer of 21-days with a reward of 30 days game time or a PLEX to the inviter when the invitee subscribes, and the special offer 60 day invite which has no rewards.

I subscribed today and got the Hardwiring implant ,but didn't get the Cerebral Accelerator. Apparently that deal ended on 28th Nov. but it doesn't seem to be posted anywhere so im not sure how people are supposed to know!

Try filing a petition to the GM. Might be able to get you one.
