Dev blogs and official information
  • Introducing the Recall Program - Forum discussion
  • With the Recall Program you can re-invite back your friends who got inactive and left EVE a while ago. You can either create a personalized URL which you send to your friends to get back to EVE, or - if you don't know how to contact your friends - you can send invites to the according EVE character. Have a look at the Recall Program.

  • Giving drones an assist - Forum discussion
  • CCP Fozzie explains how drones will receive an overhaul with the summer expansion. Drone damage and speed will be adjusted, the quality levels of drones balanced, the size drawbacks and advantages reworked and more. Check out the blog for all the juicy details!

  • True Stories – What did you think? - Forum discussion
  • With the fourth and final issue of the EVE: True Stories being published, CCP t0rfifrans asks for your feedback. What do you think about the comic series, what would you like to see, what can be made better, what methods can be used to collect and tell stories from your game universe? Please use the feedback thread and tell us what you think!

  • Community Spotlight: K162 Space - Forum discussion

  • Socket Closed : What it means and FAQ
  • GM Arcarde compiled an excellent overview and explanation on what the error message "Socket Closed" means. He also added some guidelines on what to do once you encounter this error message and wrote a FAQ. The 'Socket Closed' message is a way of EVE Online to tell you that your connection to the server is too unstable to maintain. Please check GM Arcarde's excellent post for all the juice details!

  • Fanfest 2014 CCP Tour - Draw #3!
  • We are happy to announce the third name that has been drawn from our pool of Fanfest ticket holders to be part of a group that will receive an exclusive tour of CCP Headquarters at Fanfest 2014. The lucky winner is Artemis Septem, congratulations! Four more winners will be drawn over the course of the following weeks. Maybe you can get lucky too!

  • Update on the "Reprocess all things" blog
  • After good and constructive player feedback on the blog Reprocess All Things!, CCP Ytterbium gives you an update on how alchemy and reprocessing alchemy materials will work after implementation of those changes in the summer. Compression will be also changed and streamlined.

  • CCP is looking for feedback on the Contract system and ideas to improve the system
  • CCP SoniClover is asking for your feedback and suggestions how to improve the Contract system. Especially pointing out improvements of the UI/usability and pointing out pain points is most welcome.

  • [Summer 2014] Nosferatu RoF Buff
  • CCP Fozzie brings interesting information about Nosferatu changes planned for Summer 2014. The idea is to decrease the duration attribute of all NOS modules by 16.66%, therefore increasing their cap drain over time by 20%. This will serve to improve NOS for all ships, and will pair especially well with the new Blood Raider ship line.

  • [Summer 2014] Mining Barges and Exhumers
  • Another thread by CCP Fozzie that outlines ideas on Mining Barge and Exhumer changes for Summer 2014. The Procurer and Skiff remain the tankiest of the barges and gain an extra low slot. The Retriever and Mackinaw keep the solo and low-attention mining crown, but they'll be getting a slight decrease to their yield to help moderate their strength. The Covetor and Hulk remain the kings of yield, at the expense of tank and ore hold capacity, but they receive a a 5% per level...

Thank you for your good work and the information.

CCP's sand box is EVE Online.  The sand is owned by CCP.  We pay them a monthly fee to throw the sand at each other.  That is all that is here, so move along. Nothing more to be seen.

I always appreciate these posts so very much.

One thing though.. at one point it used to be linked on your facebook page every time you made one of these. Now I don't see them being posted anymore. Any chance that will start happening again in the future?

    Thx again

Though, let me add; find it strange that we still have no answers in the Contract System, the Margin Trading Skill, and Player Artwork feedback threads...
