I contacted CCP and asked them to cancel the transfer during the cooldown period and refunded the buyer.

that then has to mean u lost ur 2 plex or however u paid for it. becuase if it didn't you should have. when u make a deal, take the guys isk and even send the char, to then simply stop it, is rude Evil
