Station for 10 Year Old Pilots - Did this ever happen?

Hi everyone,

I remember hearing at a Fanfest that there was to be a station that only 10 year old pilots would be able to get into.

Did this ever happen and will there be events there to bring them all together? It would attract all kinds of interest from new and old players.
