Have to wait for Mirror for purchased character to apply on Sisi?

Recently bought a character and noticed it wasnt on my test server list, do I have to wait for mirror or can this be somehow manually updated? Was looking forward to testing out some fits for the new character.

As far as I know you have to wait for a mirror. But rumors are going around a mirror might happen Soon(™).
