We are a year old corporation looking to start hiring. As the executor corporation of EveTech Enterprises we offer more stable protection than stand alone corporations.

We are looking for industrialist such as miners and manufacturers, we are also interested in missioners for basic fleet protection and salvaging during low sec and wormhole mining on the side.

Operations we participate in: High sec mining, Low sec mining, and Wormhole mining.

We are very open to new pilots to eve and veterans alike, we have a very open corp channel and humor is encouraged. You are not held by any rules or game hours as we understand in this corp life comes first before Eve. Nobody really enjoys mining alone but as a fleet not only can you make more ISK but chatting and laughing makes it all worth it. Americas and Europeans are both encouraged to apply. I would like to welcome our new corporate member Vox Rationis.

I have received several new applications and will be looking forward to the interviews, appreciate the responses guys keep 'em coming.

I would also like to advise the new pilots of Eve to turn off their CSPA charge off. Just a hint some recruiters don't respond if you don't turn it off.

If you dont have an orca you arnt really mining. Yes we have a perfect refiner and traders to Amarr Homeworlds and Jita. We also do PI and right now the wetware mainframes are selling hot. Keep them rollin and if you want to know about the corp ask the people in it.

I have had many questions on this subject, operation payouts. To answer how Blackboard Mining does payouts we pay based on a point system. We don't pay salary except for officers as an incentive for the extra work and leadership on top of the operations pay, we don't split it evenly as it isn't fair for a frigate to get the same pay as a hulk. We pay according to what you fly and how long you participated in the op, so if you fly a hulk and mined 4 hours while a hulk mined for 6 hours, the latter hulk will make more than you because you were late. Also on that note based on points if a hulk mined 4 hours and a retriever worked 6, you would make the same pay even though the retriever is on a lower pay scale the hours he put in made up for it. This overall ensures the fairest payout based on time put in and the skills you have applying to mining, its win win. If you want a more advanced explanation we can discuss that in the interview.

Keep up the applications because its going to start getting pretty crowded pretty soon. We also have a member with perfect manufacturing skills, we can now make our own equipment and flip the minerals into more iskies.

Also we were laughing our @$$es off in skype while mining with Industrial Commander and Al. You guys really need to join lol you don't know what you're missing.
