Assuming there's no logi or ecm that needs to get primaried off the field quickly, I'd take out the dictor first (should be 1-shot-1-kill in 10v10) and the cata 2nd while keeping points on the deimos. I wouldn't expect the cata to be as large a dps threat as it is, but I would see it as an easy kill to remove significant dps. Pop enough ships fast enough and the opposing fleet will either a) rout, leaving the shiney deimos kill behind or b) lose enough dps to be made irrelevent.
