I have kill rights, I want to have them killed in a T3 ship

The Contract is on one Character in a specific ship.

I think he is in lowsec/ highsec

Ok. proper T3 ship is close to 1B, so that is my fee. 500m up front, 500m after i provide the killmail. Send me the deposit ingame and details of the player.

dude no one can promise a t3 kill. he might not undock one during the dec. but if you want him decd mail me his name i will scout him. if it looks good i will let you know the price of the deck and i will try to get you your t3 kill if i can. no other fee but the dec cost will be needed. and you wont need to put anything up front. just pay me back the dec fee after i dec him.
