I know reading is hard, so I'll requote myself:

Sir, at 20 months of training times price of PLEX the price would start at 12bil.

20x600m=12bil (I know plex is actually more but still)

So even if I didnt care about the implants or the fact that I want to make a profit (which I do, duh) a 12bil offer is just insanely low.
