Visual Carrier Hangar Bay Force-Fields

I was just looking at the Noctis and thought "What a nice graphics detail it has to the hangar bay in the front: the force-field separating the vacuum of space from the atmosphere inside the ship." Then I looked at the carriers and thought that the same detail can be applied to the hangar bays of these ships. It would add some great detail to the ships instead of having the entire hangar bay open to the vacuum of space.

I think the lighting effect that emerges from these bays is a step towards this, but does not entirely accomplish the force-field effect. The Thanatos (IMO) displays this in the best way, while the Archon has nothing (I like the older version of the Archon better with its hangar lighting effects). Since I'm Amarr, I would like to have this detail added because I think the Archon's bays look very dull and boring and awkardly illuminated on the inside as if they were some outside surface.

But not only to the Archon, this force-field can have very positive effects on the other carriers as well. Whenever you look at these specific bright lights in EVE from a head on perspective, they lose their forward projection feel, while viewing them from a perpendicular angle allows you to see their projection. This force-field detail can still give you the impression that the whole bay is illuminated when you look at it from the front and not just a streak of light running through the middle of it. The combined effect of the light's projection will give the viewer the feel that the force-field itself illuminates the space around it when viewed from the side as well.

If we all look back to our favorite space-themed movies (for me it would be Star Wars), every ship has some sort of sci-fi force-field to protect the living inhabitants working inside the bays from the harsh envirnment of pressureless space.

I would love to hear feedback from anyone who stumbles upon this topic, thanks!

I thought the drones were all automated and there was no need for atmosphere in the drone bay.

In Eve-lore, Fighters actually have pilots.

This, if you look at the fighter models you can actually see the pilots in some of them.
