Eve Radio Causing player self harm

So i was listing to the erotica1 interview on eve radio last night, when 1 of the hosts admitted he caused a other player to be hospitalized, with what i can assume where burn wounds: http://funkybacon.blogspot.nl/2014/03/e1sohkar-getting-full-story-in-35-hours.html ( listen to the interview etc here ).

Now this is crossing a line here, big time this isn't just signing a couple of songs this is causing bodily harm to a player, at the promises of in game goods meaning they are using EVE as leverage to get players to do damage to there body's in order to get some reward in game now I'm all for meta gaming spying and scamming but this crosses a clear line.

To add insult to injury the man feels fine admitting this on a show that to his knowledge members of CCP staff listen to meaning unless this man is a liar he believe CCP endorses this behavior and really i can't disagree with his assessment given he no action has been taken to spot this activity.
So CCP i will ask you what when this finally go's completely wrong and somebody dies on his show, do you want the headline:
Bet for eve online goods cause accident suicided for that matter do you really want to headline: bet for eve online goods cause player to be send to the hospital ?

Given you have taken no action on this subject and to add insult to injury have to host running for CSM, nice community you have here can you tell me a single non-eve player that would consider sending a player to the hospital for in game goods and letting it go so far that a player does end up in the hospital and ask them if this is acceptable.
is the game enforcement do we wants to create, a version of jackass without amateurs leading the show , where the rewards are goods in game ?

Because that is Currently what Eve radio is running and the only question is do we as a community really want wealthy players in game making others do stupid and risky things to get some of that wealth.
Given CCP so far has taken no action on this issue i guess its up to us as a community to rise up ones again and make CCP do the right thing.
Before the headlines read that some player died and we all share responsibility at that point because we as a community let it happen, because we where unwilling to draw a line.
Its really only a matter of time before eve radio manages to kill a player and we as a community have the power to prevent that please stand with me in sending a message to CCP that we as a community do not want players harming themselves for isk, that we do not want to murder one of are fellow eve players because he wanted to make some extra isk.

Perfect description of the biggest problem with Eve.

I was referencing a particular incident namely somebody being paid in plex, to poor bacon grease on his nipples and ending up in the hospital.

If you feel a real life crime has been committed, report it to the police.

If you feel there has been a TOS/EULA violation, petition it.

If you feel that grown adults can pour bacon fat on their nipples for ~spacebux~ if they want to, welcome to the magical world of personal responsibility.

No real life crime is committed but a player was encouraged to harm himself ( and did so as a result ).

Given partitions on this subject will be ignored and more important denied by CCP if this go's wrong i bring this to public light now so that if something go's wrong CCP can't play the denial game, nor can they hide behind out of game content anymore so there for i want to make a clear and public record that this happened and that effort was made to inform CCP.

There for the only means i have is a forum post given i don't own a large eve blog to get outraged masses to take to forums and start a witch hunt.

Personal responsibility is no excuse for encourage people to hospitalize themselves.

Edit:
This assumed that there is no double standard for CSM members, something that clear would never be the cease.
I have completely faith in CCP to be a objective and neutral party and not favor people that won a popularity contents over people that didn't.
There for I assume they judge any post on such a subject based on the content not the amount of players they can get.

Look I see what you're doing, and credit to you for calling it out, but I just want you to consider if throwing FunkyBacon under the ban bus to make a point about Ripard makes you just as bad?

No because FunkyBacon is clearly a evil sociopath, looking to harm others for his own enjoyment and he is clearly more evil then half of the eve's player base.
There for he should be banned just like all the others that share his level of evil, anybody out to harm players in anyway physical or mental should be driven out of the community, clearly CCP has send the message they agree with this and are willing to ban half there player base to make sure the other half is having fun, all I'm doing is helping them out and pointing out somebody that should be banned, slowly we can drive all the evil out of the EVE player base and make EVE a save place.
