Customs office problem

Can anyone help with customs offices standings?

I've got tax to Blue's set to 0% neutrals to 5% and Reds 100%

But the problem is that my alt (Dark blue) has 0% tax (correct) my friend who is dark blue is getting 5%

I've checked standings to me personally, and to my corp, and all the toons are set dark blue.

I can't see a reason why they are getting different tax rates :(

Any ideas guys?

Standings are based on corp to corp standings, not individual players. They are also delayed by about 5 mins so if you just changed them then it will take a moment for the customs office to recognise them.

Is this related to the eternal problem with POS shooting npc-corp alts set blue?

If so, it would be nice if you could fix both cases. Especially with the huge amount of npc-corp alts doing PI.
