I'm reminded of a Zedrik Cayne (not sure about spelling) who had what he called an "Iteron of Doom". Used to have some great stuff in the C&P forum.

I don't think there's any way an executioner is going to break the tank on a procurer, even more so if the procurer is fit for pvp.

Impressive kill, nevertheless. Who said miners couldn't defend themselves?

This is a reasonable procurer fit and makes excellant bait. This one finally died after catching an amusing number of people. Not flown by me as i can't fly mining barges.
It turns out not many people can resist shooting at a mining barge warping gate to gate in low sec.
