Im looking to buy a decent Gallente drone pilot,

- Great drone skills (T2 sentries, heavies, meds and lights)
- Gallente BS 4 (minimum)
- Gallente Cruiser 5
- Good armor skills
- Good support skills
- Good hybrid gunnery skills
- 0% or close to 0% industry skills

Budget is 10 - 15 Bil
Please do not post anything higher
