Corporation API not assigning an access mask.

I am trying to create a new API for my Corp and it is not assigning an access mask so Eve-HQ won't query the relevant data I would like to check on. Is this a new problem or am I doing something wrong.

And before anyone asks; Yes, I have a CEO/Director role assigned to the character I am trying to create the API for.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.
