So apparently, following the rules perfectly is a bannable offence now.

And yes, I'm talking about the banning of erotica 1.
But bear with me, because I'm very curious on the matter.


So if someone asks a person to give away all their isk, assets, and sing a song, it is now considered harassment?
Since when complying to someones' requests is harassment?

This is like asking someone in real life to give you a free blow job, and the person happily complied, but after that, they can now sue you for ****?


They complied, they had free will to just tell him to screw himself, but they didn't.
And it still can be considered as harassment?

The above is harassment, but what ero did was not harassment. You know why? Because the clients complied.

So I'll ask again, how can it be harassment if the clients happily complied?


This is like signing up for a tournament, the prize is, for example, a statue of dolan.
You see the rules, the challenges, and you still sign up.
But the terms of agreement are to hand away all your, for example, gooby dolls, and if you win the tournament, you will get them back and earn the dolan statue.

But if you lose, the people that made the tournament can keep the dolls.
Even after knowing the risks, you will accept.

So how can it be harassment or a scam if you knew the rules and had free will to just not sign up?

Its funny when people think that harrassing people on teamspeak and stringing them on for hours is part of the EVE culture.

Can ye put the ******* pitchforks down all ready , wich hunt is OVER!

If I hit a jaywalker whilst driving down the highway it's not my fault because they aren't supposed to be there anyway, right? Buuuut what if I was driving too fast, wasn't paying attention, on my phone, getting road head, and it was raining out? At what point can I still be not liable for damages caused but still scum of the earth and totally guilty in the court of public opinion?

Now we're not talking about something that is trialable by my peers, but a signed (via checkbox) agreement I have with someone providing a service?

And don't talk like this was a tournament that is some sanctioned event. No one charges out in the middle of the Olympics and says "oh **** sorry guys, I meant you have to run TWO more laps, that one wasn't the final lap". Would that ever happen? Would the runners say wtf? Would the Olympic Committee counter with "well you DID sign up for a race, and you ARE racing, so ..... just keep running".

You're right, though, yeah. Totally their fault for signing up in the first place.
