Your motives are interesting, and your goals do sound more along the lines of scamming, or meta-scamming. It probably sounds silly, but the "morally grey" side of EVE is a fascinating thing to watch for an IRL square like me.

I would advice you to learn Ero story.

Ero is long time scammer. He did it for quite long time.
