New "Guristas Watch" found plexing in high sec

Question. Anyone that's run into this new site for Guristas Watch. How did you spawn the gatekeeper to enter first accel gate without needing a guristas silver tag? I've approached about every collideable and shot at pretty much everything but no luck getting him to come out. I ended up buying a tag but would love to know if any of you found out the method.

Gurista's watch is an old site, but on to the actual question. Either CCP has intentionally made it so, that the triggers don't always spawn, so people use those tags or sometimes sites are just bugged and don't spawn the triggers or any ships for that matter. As for that guristas site specifically, you should immediately see gurista ships and after destroying a wave or two the commander spawns. It's a very simple site assuming it's actually "guristas watch".

If you enter guristas watch and there is no npcs - you cannot summon trigger for the gate anymore. You'll need a tag. Site gets that way if someone done first pocket, but havent killed expedition trigger till DT. After DT there is no npcs in the first pocket and no way to enter gate other than utilize tag (or at least no way that i know of).

All racial watches and racial vigils behave that way.

PS. I havent done any highsec exploration for over an year now, but i expect it still works that way.

Confirming this is what likely happened.

You should be happy. Some noob that didn't know how to spawn the overseer/escalation chance left you something nice to find.
