I have 3 accounts and i was wondering what other people do, views. as a fleet comp.

Example, your main joins a corp thats wardecked, you want to fight,

do you use your player 2 to scout, or join the corp to help with dps, bait, jam, or keep him in a logistics?

3rd character is a full fleet booster(maxed logistics with armor and shield), wich is anoying to travel 3 accounts with 2 screens.

i many of times have found when i solo with my main and my 2nd account is not in the wardeck, that its frustrating that i cant use him to fight after i find someone, or get caught out and need help,

is it more beneficial to (HIGH SEC)

1st as dps, 2nd as logisti 3rd as booster

or 1st as dps 2nd as bait/dps 3rd logi (no booster)

1 & 2nd & 3rd DPS/bait/

i can imagine the fun yuo would have with 2 proteus and a dual webed loki, but if sh its the fan and you need logistics its
nice to have 2 logi pilots, but if one gets caught, its kinda traumatising to struggle for survival as tehy are an expencive dude, i always carry EC 300s on guardians and a mid slot ECM because it can turn a fight around, im use to fighting out numberd which is the reason why i made a 2nd account, and then the 3rd, i would like a 4th but my IQ is to low to use 2 chars on each screen,

So the question

What is the IDEAL FLEET COMP for PVP,
High sec
Low sec
Null sec

Null sec with system pipes and long warps are fun, when you are cloaked in system 1, on gate, you seee someone jump into system 2, they see system 2 is empty, you have 2 accounts in system 3, you previously did ur maths on how long a frig, cruser,BS takes to warp the AU limit, jump in about 30seconds and burn to bubble in a hope to catch the guy landing that warped to 0 as system was empty and could not pick up bubblbes on d scan due to range! this was alot of fun, and having the cloaky in system 1 to check for backup, but the cynos were abit homophobic counters :)

thanks for reading my book lol, Fittings and tactics are welcome

Boosts are going to be on grid only by the end of the summer, so plan for that. I'm not sure there is much value in out of corp characters as far as engaging goes. OOC scouts have value of course, but everything will be flagged and on grid soon, so just keep a scout out of corp if you like that sort of thing.

My alts are mainly used for non-combat things, the main one being highsec access for ship procurement (my main being generally KOS in highsec and too lazy/cheap to buy tags).

In the past I have used my alts for infiltration and theft, but generally speaking if they appear on grid with my main something has gone horribly wrong in my handling of the situation.

I *HATE* multiboxing.

If you want to fly with boosts and logi and falcon, stop being such a loner and get friends. If you want to solo do it properly*

*for a given value of properly, multibillion isk T3s may make a mockery out of your boosts, your statutory rights are not affected.

Seriously, get a cloaky non-legion T3, ninj around and pick off small gangs at your leisure. You don't need to run links or have a falcon on hand, you just need a bit of situational awareness and a decent pot of cash to get you started ;)

Thanks for the reply guys, i might as well sell my booster while its allright then, for extra isk to buy a 3rd char i dont know what il need it for :P, multiboxing is hard work, but its what ive learnt in the past,

i have friends, but there all busy far away doing other things, and if you want something done right, you do it your self, how many times have u been in a situation where u tell ur friend to warp in and hes gone for a ninja poo, or stalls, when u can simple move ur mouse on ur other screen and do it :) thats the only reason why i fly by my self!, i need to make more friends tho, im just bored of eve and need more fun.

i have a legion on lockdown but ive never really had fun playing it, probably the wrong fit, i know everything about proteus, and loki, just not legion, ive not used much amarr stuff,

if u would like some discussions i have teamspeak you can inbox me ur details if u want, and i see by ur killboard u dont do solo stuff :)

thanks

why are you asking? your seem to have all the basic's down. get creative. in lowsec at least there is infinite combinations. i once triple box'ed 3 logi's with 1 gun each.

i favour using one as bait and have the other(s) decloak/log in/jump in/cyno in after you have your targets locked down.

#1Falcon/Rapier
#2Panther/Cynabal/Tornado
#3Skiff/Procurer

lols will ensue

What I sometimes do is:

1. char: Eyes
I like to have a scout - unarmed - neutral corp. You may combine this with a booster or a recon. But most of the time this ship is not in the same system as your other ships. Instead I prefer to have eyes in neightbor systems. I also like the fact that this char is not visible on killmails.
It helps if your scout has a probe launcher and a covert cyno.

2. char: Bait or Tackler
A heavy tanked T1-Cruiser makes it easy to get targets. If bait dies, its not a big deal.
If I want to camp a gate I like vigilant or daredevil in this position. But don't stay too long on gate with this ship to not get hotdropped.
For "solo"-(hot)drops a proteus (with scram and dps) is one option.

3. char: Cloaky DPS or Logistic/Recon
If your Bait-ship can also do good damage, you may position a cloaky logistic or a falcon.
If your bait do not do damage, you must use a high-dps-ship in this position. I like range. Ishtars are good for that.
For me a cloak is mandatory in this position to be able to focus to one of the other ships for a while and to hide this ship from enemy.
For a "solo"-gatecamp you want this ship to have a lot of remote-sensor-boosters and remote-rep in addition to damage (dominix).
For "solo"-(hot)drops you need a dps-blackops (or titan ;) ) in this position.

If your target is too strong to be engaged alone, call for friends. But do not try to use three toons in a long corp-roam or something like that. You only will make mistakes and make your corpmates angry because they have to wait for you everytime (because you ARE slower when managing three accounts).

That's how I do it in nullsec. Most of the stuff should work in lowsec too.
I would not recommend to "solo" in highsec - too many unknown people.
Hope it helps.
But like somebody else said: Be creative. There is no "IDEAL FLEET COMP".

Interesting feed back, i wasn't after an ideal fleet as it always changes with the situation , was wondering wht other peoples views were, high sec suspect on a gate is fun, as u dont know who will attack :) ive had many pve boats attack me like tengus and machariels completely ignoring the situation thinking there over powered because of expensive fit and insta poping PVE mission targets :P
even beter if u have a T1 skiff and an orca siting by it :D
