bit new to the BPO acquiring... just to know in advance of bpos arriving, will I need to grind x number of tukker mix missions before an agent makes the BPO available to me or is it seeded free for everyone to buy?

no they are free to buy [well 10-11mil each] at any of the mentioned stations

Only BPO's are available for purchase on the market. So unless you're looking at contracts, what you see is the BPO.

your looking at the stats wrong - if they are for sale and the market then they can only be originals
