I am looking for a small AU C2 with the least moons possible.
I would like a pulsar but cataclysmic or no effect is nego.
Prefer HS static, any additional statics are unimportant to me.

Likely this is a hard find so anything similar is open for discussion. Reply here but in game mail is best.
