This is an ongoing project to get build a perfect Lvl 5 Amarr PVP toon. I would like to free up a slot on this account for another toon so I might let him go for the right price.

He has around 31m skill points, with focus on pure PVP skills.

Arrow Perfect Armor skills

Arrow Perfect Electronic skills

Arrow Perfect Engineering skills

Arrow Perfect Shield skills

Arrow Perfect Targeting skills

Busy finishing off his navigation skills, and from there he'll move on to Gunnery, Drones and Missiles. Spaceship command will be the last part of the training queue.

For now, I'm just testing the waters to see if there might be any interest in taking over this project. Should he sell, I'll follow all of the CCP rules regarding the sale of characters. I'm not under any pressure to get rid of him.

Wow, that is definitely a very nice "starter" character because you haven't actually committed to any direction in ships or weapons. This gives complete freedom to the person who wants to take it in any direction they choose.

That being said, you should be able to get 9 - 12B for him to the right buyer.

@Murci - Yes, from here he's able to go in any direction. I've a good idea of where I'd take him, but that may not be the same for others... capital / sub-cap / pure blood / mixed race etc etc
