When starting a manufacturing job when the slot is already in use, we get a warning window that tells us that the slot is in use that asks us if we wish to proceed.

You would have to be blind not to know that the slot is already in use, and if you are putting on a lot of jobs, it just adds more clicks to what is already a click heavy process.

How about a 'do not show this message again' tickbox on this warning?

how about it doesn't show if there are no free slots in station, but if you try to click a station with no free slots, it'll tell you with a similar box?

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Either solution would be fine for me.

Anything to make the S&I interface less of a click fest.
