ROKH

40-50 cm

Pre-painted, pre-assembled

I think the looks of this ship summarizes the State pretty well.

Make kits that have optional parts. EG, make a Rifter that comes with the alternate parts to make a Jag/Wolf. This is pretty much standard practice in the model making world.

As for what, Start iconic. one kit of each race's frigs. Rifter, Condor, Executioner, then w/e gallente. Include the optional parts, then you've managed to cover 12 ships in 4 kits.

Unpainted. Has to be unpainted. Unpainted means you can go from vanilla colours to complete custom. Pre-painted usually looks scruffy and has a habit of gumming up gaps, which causes re-paints to look bad, or worse, causes nasty gaps on construction.

Kit form. Because kit form means conversions are possible, and expands options.

ALGOS

Oh my god, would you people stop suggesting hideous/boring/uninspired battleships? There are WAY more interesting hulls in the game, and a mere handful of obvious choices for this rare opportunity which you seem to be trying as hard as possible to squander.

MANTICORE

With (an option for?) bomb launcher in 'ready to fire' position, please!

I don't have money to burn on a model spaceship right now, but if the Algos, Manticore, Nemesis or maybe even Naga were molded, I'd rob my own grandmother to get my hands on one.

Gotta have some degree of customization, that's high-quality fig basics. Guns would work best, I think. As for models I'd like to buy, ALL OF THEM! But to be more realistic...

At least one of the Rifter family that you can get separately from the Collector's Edition. Personally I would like to see the Jaguar.
The Maller is a really top design that would work well as a model.
Same with the Rokh and/or Naga.
Megathron and Tristan would make great models too.

Those are ones I could realistically see being made... However I would totally buy Thanatos and Erebus models.
If I could dream, I would like to see several series of ships being made and sold. Start with frigates, selling models of select ones (based on fanbase and CCP's own personal taste) like Rifter, Tristan, Punisher and Merlin. Then work your way up all the way to the super expensive 60 cm Titan models... hey, like I said, I can dream.

No matter what happens I'll end up buying all of them for sure.

NEMESIS

As for scaling, with these hulls (and only these hulls), you'd get my money at any scale, CCP, but no matter what you go with, I really think you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't make them comparable to centerpiece-sized model ships from the age of sail. Basically, I want a big, beautiful ship that guests will notice and possibly ask questions about, (much like prominently displayed model sailing ships), only I want mine to be the friggin' poster-child of sci-fi awesomeness! As an added bonus, a larger scale will make it easier to produce high-quality detailing on the ship.

tl;dr; Go big, or go home I'll buy it anyway, but wish it was bigger.

Only thing I ask for is them not being so expansive like last time...Last time shipping was as expansive as the ship itself which is ridiculous.(Also EVE store is overpriced...)

Naga

I'm on the fence about this one. I love, it, don't get me wrong, and I feel it's far more worthy of being modeled than all but a handful of other ships; I'm just saying that I assume these will be very expensive, and while I KNOW I'd be begging everyone I see for a model Algos, Manticore or Nemesis for christmas (while trying to scrape together the coin to buy one myself), I think that picking up a Naga model would be much more price/quality dependent, for me at least.

Honorable mention (As in, I feel roughly the same about these as I do the Naga, but I'll let other folks suggest them) go to;
- Hyperion
- the new Tristan hull
- Venture
- Charon
- Minmatar Shuttle

I'm terrified that I missed some of my favorites, so I'm going to go sift through all the hulls now to soothe my OCD.

RAVEN

Size: Six to nine inches, whatever scale that works out to.
Finish: Painted and assembled, please.

I'd pay good money for a high quality model of the Raven. And the Drake. And the Caracal. And the Heron for that matter. Heck, I'd probably buy most of the Caldari lineup now that I think about it.

Main problem about ship models is not the models, there a plenty good models in EVE. Shipping is too expensive and therefore I won't buy any.

Minmatar shuttle

Self-assembly with proper stand.

I'll take care about lightning and other stuff :)
Supposedly shuttle is "47 m long axis" means 1:1000 scale will yield a 4,7 cm model - just perfect size. destroyers will be ~25 cm and BS like 1 m in size. Lovely Nag will be 5 m but i'd love to have it :) Wonder how much will cost such model for Ragnarok - 18 m model - lovely - i can put engine inside and drive it on roads :) or in water as submarine as it is one in fact.
