Looks like improvements to the NPE will be deployed next to TQ

First patch was very small.

So probably only text changes in the windows. Wont have time to check out the full NPE for changes for the next couple days.

So if anyone wants to make a list or if a Dev wants to point us at what sections got updated so we can test them please go ahead.

New frame work for testing and possible multiple user experiences with the same content.

Current build involves only a test of the frame work, involving only new tool tips.
