Nice number, but the range is far too low to be usefull. Anything that can't kite you, will also be tough enough to kill you up close.

706 without the ridiculous implants, still very impressive unless your target farts downwind of it, in which case it would immediately blow up.

Also requires Adv.weapon upgrades 5 and hybrid rigging 5 to have enough PG without an implant.

I dont know if I have ever told you this, but you have one of my favorite names in EVE. Cracks me up every time. I have no idea why.

That being said, enjoy your new suicide gank tools. I am suprised you havent given the Talos or Tornado any love yet. ;)

Small rails/blasters were already good before this "balance", destroyers were completely useless other than Trashers and by extent Sabres.

You decided it's intended to suicide ganking, I see it has something now new players will have pleasure flying for their missions and fully profit from small ships before running like goats for BS.

Now they can progress from frig to destroyer and above because there's a valid reason to do it.

Now you, and many like you just think "wow I can gank for cheap", then go ahead do it. What are you complaining about?

Which is why destroyers will be the cheapest suicide ganking ships for the amount of dps they put out.

Just another example of CCP implementing their pay extra to play system. Anything they can do to create ISK sinks, requiring you to buy PLEX to survive is a GGGGGGOOOOOODDDDDD thing. If they can't drive us to low/null sec where we can die in billions of isk per day they will make it easier and easier to gank stuff in hi-sec.

I've actually never suicide ganked anyone....just happened to see that you can now fit a full rack of dual damage rigged neutrons and mag stabs

For a newbie mission boat it's quite nice, I tried an armor tanked one in L2's and never had my shield broken once. I'd wager it can probably take on some L3's, even.

Silly forum trolls, this was a general comment, no one is saying you can't afford to lose a mill or two...your suicide Arty Apocs and Maels etc will not be as fun without insurance though...losing 70mill and getting nothing in return may start to sting. However if you find that officer fit loot pinata that's going to drop 5 bill in l00t then losing a bill worth of ships to kill it aint that bad at all...(15 Arty BS @ 70mill a pop, very rough numbers) Don't forget its all about alpha not DPS in most suicide gank situations.

I like the new Dessies. I look forward to running a swarm of these and MELTING BCs...yeah you will lose 2-3 dessies for every BC you kill but it will be HI-Larious!

I have to give it to you, im impressed at your ability to exaggerate and completely overstate a situation to the point of comedy.

Not to mention the total disconnect between destroyers getting a buff and having to buy PLEX because something ( what?) makes you lose oh so much money.
