Models!!!
Oh my, can't decide...

I'd probably buy any of these ships. I'd prefer them to be self-assemble, maybe even unpainted (prepainted models tend not to be very good). Plastic is fine, although metal or even wood would be awesome. I'd put them on a base, although being able to hang them from a wire would be neat too. And while I'm not so fan of models with lights, I'd like some LEDs on those engines!

About size, it depends on the size you want to give to the biggest ships. A Ragnarok measuring some good 50-60 cm might be good for such a ship, but if that means the Venture would be minuscule... I guess you wouldn't scale them all for that reason.

I would buy any of those for sure. Just make sure this can be bough from Spain please! =3

EDIT: whatever the model, I'd love it to have those little, sequenced position lights!

Machariel

Would like it to be self assembly and with a space big enough to fit a Raspberry PI and cables to bring the connectors to the engine ports or through the stand

A ferox ♥

If possible, don't forget the guns/launchers on the model.

Personally, I would love the option of self-assemble models around the 30cm size range. Unpainted would be a must. I would buy several Megathron hulls just to paint up all the variants myself.

As for the ships:

Megathron
Thorax
Mach
Merlin
Prophecy
Raven

Avatar, Ragnarok, Erebus and Leviathan

Just because no one has mentioned those yet and I wouldn't mind having a 0.5m sized Erebus on my shelf. Cool

Catalyst with James 315's face on the top!

More seriously I'd love some to scale models with frigates starting at an inch or so in length.

Models that I'd like to see:
Dramiel
Ferox
Merlin
Coercer
Scorpion
Avatar (Maybe not to scale on this one)
Thorax

I'd prefer painted models but having an unpainted option would be cool for faction and t2 color schemes. I would not mind if these models came unassembled and required assembly/painting similar to warhammer figurines.

Size wouldn't matter too much for me, it would be nice to sit on my desk. I'm already preparing a spot for it .... lighting and good pant finish would make it all good for me.
Only thing to add would be, C'mon CCP, take my money!!!

Got some other ships i'd like to see too, will post those later.

MACHARIEL

Because that's an iconic one which brings lots of sentiment along, especially if used in pvp...!
Also, the shape is appropriately sporty for the fastest battleship, there's some kind of corvetteish beaty in it.

1) Machariel comes to mind almost immediately.
2) Sacrilege. PLEASE. Almost tied with the Mach.
3) New Apocalypse, with a Carthum paintjob if possible.

Other ships would be the Cruor or Ashimmu, but there's probably a fat chance of that. Kronos would be appreciated aswell, or the Rokh and Naga.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...
