I like the new font, please don't revert to the unreadable one.
But of course, there's always room for improvements, so the devs should take note and improve upon the new implemented fonts.

All these fanboe are actually ruining the game, praising everything CCP does making them feel they have done a good overall job, i most cases this is true but not this one.

Anyways fix your font, you changed the font to benefit the nerds who were complaining a while back to make it bigger because they got big computer screens. And you have ****** all us normal computer users over, who have a normal computer monitor.

This new font will scare new players off, you wanna know why? if i just joined and seen that crap il turn away. everyone in our corp says the same.

Yeah the new font takes me back to my Spectrum days circa 1982 Lol

But I find it perfectly readable, although the "s p a c i n g" I find is a little wide and could perhaps be tightened up a little.

Every time a new player takes out a trial for this game you tell them that OK?
This font is going seriously harm eves growth, all because some fat nerds complained the font was to small because they have go over the top with massive monitors.

The old font was horrible, often completely unreadable @2560x1600. The new font isn't perfect but much better than the old one.

Strongly disagree with op, -1.

I think it's mostly the basement dwellers sitting in the dark all day and end up with myopic glaucoma eyes that are complaining.

now fat nerds are complaining about the change. truth is, its a nice font. most people i've spoken to about it agree. as usual, the vocal MINORITY, just as any other mmo, tend to spam forums and make a big stink whenever there is something new they dont like or a change.

as usual, they will adapt and forget all about it with time.

If only everyone posted their opinion as fact. Just imagine how much more smoothly everything would run.

I've been playing for 7 years.
I set the old font to 'expanded' in the options to make it display more clearly on my 24" monitor, running at 1920 x 1080 windowed.
The new font is larger than the old one, so takes up more space and it doesn't scale with the resoltion. The font size on your screen is the same, even when you change resolution, whereas the old font scaled (sometimes badly) with the resolution.
I can't even see my ship name in the hangar anymore, as it wraps earlier and cust off earlier.
I can't read the ammo loading clearly.
The assets folder is now a wall of text.
If I reduce the UI scaling to 90% the readability gets even worse.

I'm not saying it is broken for evryone, but just because you don't have a problem, doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist.

I have struggled with the old font for years! I like the new font as it means i can actually differentiate between certain letters / numbers.

I actually like the new font! It's much easier to read! Granted there are some minor glitches with it but it'll all work out in the end. The new font is much easier on the eyes once you adjust everything. Lol

I want the old font back or the possibility to keep it if i want. The new font is less clear which is a huge drawback for a font.

Although yes it's clearer, it has somehow changed the feel of the game, IMO it's not the font so much as the lowercase letters.

In RL I work as an engineer, in engineering documents it is common practice to use all capital letters for clarity. IMO this gives a certain feel which is probably part of what attracted me to UI of EVE - it is familiar and 'Techy' looking. The UI now looks less cool intersteller HUD/Technical manual and more childlike with it's lowercase font all over the place.
