A pilot with low skill points as your self will benefit from joining up with the RvB corp, they will take on new PVP pilots & help make you become a PVP warrior that you so desire, http://rvbeve.com/forums/

Once you hit the 20mil skill point requirement to join us hit me up in game & we will see if the null sec life is for you.

I have a good quality headset but I also have 2 young children which are almost always around during the daytime hours, are comms mandatory whilst not in fleet?

Yes comms are mandatory, its there for everyones benefit, that being said it doesnt have to be a head set, when I have other things to do I just pump it throught my speakers & voice through a desk mic.
