Minimum bounty price needs to be raised.

The 100,000 isk base is treated as a joke. All kinds of players with 100k bounties on them. Often given for lulz.

Raise the base limit to 1 million.

I'd love to put a bounty on someone's head of 0.01 isk.

I can't think of anything more insulting...

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

I once took a trip out in a rookie ship with a 0 wallet balance I played for 2 hours that day using ony isk and items that I acquired. In the end I had enough isk to buy and fit a cruiser. 1 million is chump change.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

I propose making NPC rats place bounties on capsuleers just like Concord places bounties on them.

EVE FAQ "7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY? No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided"
