Rusty returning player looking for a corp

I quit eve 4 years ago and decided to give it another try. Looking for a 0.0 corp that doesn't mind any Noob questions or moments i might have. I have an alt with a carrier but i haven't done much with it except spin it in station. have 20 something skill points on this toon mostly in combat but am willing to train for whatever. Eve has changed a lot since i initially quit but i will be an asset once i get up to speed. My play times can be at odd times due to real life work obligations but i play mostly across the american prime times.

Hello Tera

You didn't mentioned what sort of corporations you are looking for beside that it should be newbie friendly and located in null-sec. I'm sure you could add a few extra points to that as you're likely to come back to the game with a new set of goals, or maybe something that sparks your interest or makes you curious. You should always follow those things :)

Anyway I have one corporation in mind which I generally recommend to people like you, and that's Reasonable People. They got a great and interesting history (one you can read in their recruitment thread), and they sounds like the people you're looking for. What makes Reasonable People special is that they focus on taking new players in while attempting to do PvP and teach said people. They tend to want people with 15 million skill points or less, but I think that they would make a expecting in your case. The SP limit is mostly to get the corporation to grow as a whole and to get a chance to impact the players before they turn bittervet, however they do have several pilots with a much higher skill point level.

Beside teaching and focusing on new players are they specialized in small-gang PvP. That's what they enjoy and that's where they will put their focus, but during downtime will players group up for PvE activites and the orcationally wormhole op.

I know this because I have been a part of their group for over 3 years now, and while I'm mostly retired at this point is their openness towards players who wanna learn, and their thoughts on not being a douchebag is a nice change to most eve corporations. They want mature pilots and pilots who act that way 95% of the time.
