New T3 Battlecruiser what skills?

I consider them as a nice stepstone if you just "finished" cruisers/medium weapons and want to step up to battleships. Now you can train large turrets first and help corpmates with the new BC instead of having to wait for the large turrets, matching battleship hull AND module fitting skills first.
