Self destruct.

Whoever offers to help is going to shoot you anyway.

So if you are in a ship, eject from it first (makes for a nice find for someone else) and then take your own pod express to a fresh clone. That's the quickest and easiest way when your lost in a WH.

if you went into W-space with a head full of implants that expensive that you'd rather spend 500M on the hope of finding a benign escort who won't double-cross you, then frankly you deserve to be podded anyway in the hopes that the painful loss teaches you a valuable lesson.

Same applies if you're flying a ship that expensive without probes, even if they're just in the hold along with a mobile depot.

"Don't fly what you can't afford to lose" applies to your clone just as much as it applies to your ships.

This could be a True Stories cliffhanger happening before our very eyes.... Will someone come to Julia's rescue? Will she get scammed? Will her purported rescuer turn out to be a valiant soul, or just a cold-blooded killer? What is it that she has that's worth more than 500mil to her? What if she needs a bio break while stranded in a 'hole?

it is well known to any wormhole dwellers that rule #7 states the following: "anyone speaking broken english and asking for help in a WH is a trap." i guess that applies to the forums now too.
