If it can only carry one capital ship, why wouldn't you just undock the capital ship you wish to carry and jump it out? If your capital is stuck in a system and you can't jump it out, I don't see how you would be able to jump this out either.

1) shouldnt go in hs

2) should be able to fit 3 carriers or 2 dreads

3) larger cargohold than a jf but not as large as a freightet

4) no rigs or hs and so no portals

5) not as big as a titan

6) cost around 10b
