Carriers / Fuel Cost / Jump Planner changed?

Ok I use this jump planner website and have done for years for calculating fuel cost of cap ship jumping and other things, well I did some journeys today using the jump planner website and the fuel cost it calculated was wrong.....I ended up using alot more fuel than it said I would. It has never been wrong before and iv used it alot.

So my question is, has fuel cost of carriers been changed? Is this website wrong now for jump planning? Something must of changed because the fuel cost it calculated since the patch has been off and short of what i actually needed.
