Can I get a CCP DEV to lok at this thread I was looking for a POS and I got a eve mail from a eve players stating he would sell me one by inviting me to corp and giving CEO roles once i transferred him the isk I asked him for the pos location he then said its in "your butt" then kicked me from corp. So in turn he stole my 350mil isk

I have eve mails supporting this transaction and also game screen shots

This form has rules regarding theft does it not?

Some help would be appricated

Go ahead and apply an alt into this corp, and I'll transfer you ceo roles once you send me the cash. I'll start dropping roles myself tonight.

I was the Alt inted into the corp and then kicked out right after the isk was transfered

Still looking for a HS POS and what is the budget? Got a riigged up POS for industrial purpose with proper defence (Faction tower) Lot's of labs, arrays, etc, and fuel for 2 months in stock. Write mail if so.

It's my main who's holding it and the corp. Close to Jita too.

You got scammed. CCP won't be able to help you.

In the future use 3rd party to hold the ISK while the transfer is made (Chribba, etc...).

Yes, you got scammed. Only the character trade forums protect sales.

If you need a third party in the future, I do third party work for free.

You don't mention what empire you want a pos in. I have 1 in Gal space If interested. Eve mail Kaimar Redcloud as this toon is not often online.

I would prefer one close to Jita or Amarr but if the market is good down there and a ice belt is close I might concider

not sure about ice but it's 3 jumps from dodixie in Chantrousse. No station in system but station 1 jump away.

350mil as is. put an alt in corp. I'll make them ceo and drop roles when cash recieved. If you'd like, for 500m I will put the standings toon in the corp for a week then x-fer corp to your alt and you'll have a week before standings change again to put a pos in any .7 gallente or minmatar system. Remeber it takes 7 days for standings to change.
