IOS's breakout attempt to take hole control last evening was simply wonderful. These guys define good sports, positive attitudes, and the spirit of having a good time in this ruthless game. Big fan of you guys.

Did a little reading on some of the Eve-related Russian forums this morning. No, I don't speak it, but I have some relatives who do. Apparently the conversation on the QEX side went something like this:

"Hey, look at the killboard, we lost capital ships. Somebody want to comment?"
"Nothing to report. It was terribly dull."
"Well, you were saying you're kind of bored and restless right now. Can we kill them?"
"Sounds like fun. I'm still pissed off about the whole N3/RUS thing, being homeless sucks."
"Check it out, there's this battle report linked from the Eve-O forum about it."
"What's up with all the cute otter pictures?"
"You lost caps to these furry idiots? What the ****?"

At this point, I like to think that Draegg twirled his virtual mustache, chomped his virtual cigar, downed his actual glass of Vodka, slapped the empty glass on the table and said, "I'll deal with it." And the result: a squeaky-clean J130334, newly remodeled and ready for sale. It's in kind of a bad neighborhood, but maybe you can be the good neighbors and clean it up a bit!

QEX/BU/Marmite housekeeping is excellent. I've never seen a system so clean before. The haulers just keep coming and going, taking all that junk away for us. Would hire again. A++++ service. I even thought up a little jingle: "Too much P.I.? Call the best! We'll clean it up; we're Q.E.X.!"

I'm here for the stories. With that in mind, I was about to write another sarcastic/funny response, but my teammates reminded me, "...thinking it might be a good idea not to poke the bear in any way, shape, or form for the next little while," and to keep my head down a bit on the forum. After all, my buddies and I did just totally get our butts thoroughly and unquestionably kicked.

I don't want to be a sore loser. I do wish there were some easy way to leave you a basket of fruit and a bottle of vodka :-) This made for a GREAT story that I'm looking forward to releasing in a few segments. Without sarcasm, but with plenty of chagrin, I say "Thank you!"

From my point of view, every person is a hero in his or her own story, and I really want to reflect that in my writing.

Watching this thread unfold was pretty funny I have to say. 10/10!

Moral of the story, don't poke the bear when you come off well during a capital engagement of all things. It was your downfall in the end, and you didn't have anyone else jumping in to help save you because we all saw it unfolding on the EVEO forums of all places. This of course is just my honest opinion.

ah i see now what u mean. the point is: BU came there just to shoot some capitals and stayed in hope to get a good fight at timers. Nothing more nothing less. Its hard to say that we evicted this guys as long as we didnt loose any capitals to them, and more, we are not going to evict Adhocrats (we lost some caps to them) - we like to pvp, to have good fights, and if we loose sometimes- well u cant win without loosing.
IOS guys now have two options, take it as personal revenge, feel pain and vanish in nowhere or take it as a good lesson, make some 'working on mistakes' talks, check the fittings, skill plans, tactics etc, im sure there is always room to improve.
