transfer character

anyone else having issues doing this? i get an error no matter which payment method used. says i have no funds. even says no funds whilst clearly saying i have 2 x plex in redeem system.

can anyone from ccp comment on this?

Yes there is a post already on this forum about it but no DEV or GM reply to it. Should be located on page one. Seems to be a CCP issue from what I have been reading.

Yeah no one has said anything about any issue regarding it. put in a patition two days ago and still no contact in any way.

yea i got some guy who brought a toon from me sending me nasty evemails saying i'm a scammer and will be banned. lol

Well I cant blame a sender atm for anything. But I am sure might see some people taking advantage of this issue before it gets fixed. Is why I am hoping DEV's and GM's see this and jump right on it in a way.

I know I am waiting for a char to be transfered to me that I bought on the 27th. I even posted on the forum in the sale for him to double check but I don't know if He will see it or not myself.

I had similar issues trying to transfer one of my other characters.

The fix was to log out of EVE, and then try the transfer again.

The error messages on the Pay Now screen needs to be updated, it shouldn't tell me my card has insufficient funds when the problem is actually that the character is currently logged into EVE.
