Speed Tank Drake in Level 4 missions

I see a common level 4 missioning Tengu fit can be fitted into a Drake. Will it works for level 4 missions?

No, in an lvl 4 you'll get webbed by drones and that weak tank will melt. Tengus can pull this tactic of because of their small sig radius.

Not to mention their strong tank=P even with a single small booster. Tengus don't really speed tank, they have a decent active tank that's improved by an element of speed and small sig.

This is incorrect. The first npc's targetted immediately upon coming out of warp are those same frigs. I've done it a thousand times. Make sure precision heavies are loaded en route. You will have already set orbit of 50km's to some object, be it the next gate or a roid or whatever, and hit your AB instantly the second you drop out of that warp.

This is the perma-run fit I use and have never had a problem. Ever.

Why the hell would you do that to a drake?
Passive fits can still mostly permanrun an AB without problems. This is what I use:

Switch a SPR for another BCU if you need more dps. You might have to downgrade something to best named to fit it in CPU wise, but my tank will still be better than your abomination.

This is the best cheapo AB fit drake you can get your hands on really.

Hardners @ depeding on mission

Add 1 navy ballistic control unit and you can fit t2 extenders instead of f-s9 ones
