Hello,

I am looking to purchase a basic Vindicator pilot so that I can do Incursions.
Must have decent core-skills, preferably Tech-2 tanking shields.

Budget:
6 billion minimum
8 billion maximum

Willing to pay more for the right character.

Mach pilot, not vindi, but 100% ready for incursions, t2 shield tank and t2 large artillery, minmatar bs 5, gal 4, (would be easy to crosstrain if you felt like it)

Thank you for your offer. But I'm afraid I will have to decline. I'd very much prefer a Vindicator pilot.

If you dont mind take a look here Selling incas char its need 2 days only to be able to fly vindi, while have crosslearned Rattlesnake/Nightmare/RNI/tengu
