EVE New Citizens Q&A

New player here, looking to join and do some PvP! :D

With a name like that, you will fit in just fine around here. Welcome to EVE.

I can suggest 4 options and 1 tip:

Option A:

Join RvB. Pick a side, kill the other, die a lot. Very new player friendly, fun and lots of good fights to be had.

Option B:

Join FW of choice. Kill plex farmers and other FW players, and occasional shoot the odd pirate around.

Option C:

Join BNI, roll with the big guns.

Option D (my preferred option - but I'm very biased):

Join public fleets. These are open to anybody in EVE, they don't give a **** about politics or what so ever. They have a single simple rule: If it ain't in fleet, it dies. (Not Purple - Shoot It)

3 communities around that are "well known":

1. RvB Ganked - Hosts roams on Saturday evening (around 20:00 / 21:00 EVE time). Fun, semi big roams hosted by Mangala Solaris or guest FCs.

2. Spectre Fleet - Hosts fleets through out the week at random or more scheduled.

3. Redemption Road Roams - Started out as a host for Sunday evening roams but now is expanding with regular Aussie timezone roams on Saturdays, quick roams on Wednesday and supporting other peoples roams if they request it.

Join Agony Unleashed's PvP BASIC class the next time it's around. It's very helpful for new and old players who want to go into PvP.
