To be fair, noho is in c6 space. You run into c6 residents a LOT more than c5s do because of the fact that there is a ton more c5s. Not that I am discounting you or anything. Your killboard is pretty damn impressive. Im just griping because people are once again rolling on us the instant they see us.

I dont want to say that people are scared of HK. Cause I know most of you get a huge pvp boner at the thought of stomping my face into the ground. (RCC did so recently) But there are a large amount of entities, some of whom are talking trash about me in this very thread, who have rolled on us as our scouts saw each other and we saw each other forming up.

Just a thought.

Edit : Also I am very tired, and very drunk. So take that as it is.

I'm sorry QT, but you give the impression that you just sit on your static and wait for others to welp into you.

As a service to the wormhole community, you should name said trashing talking organizations

No trolling please

After being invaded in 2012 and seeing how amazingly fun it was whipping out of long dreads and swaffle coptering the hostiles in the face, I wanted to do it again. So I spend most of the year trolling wormholes trying to get us invaded.

We have made bane our US TZ Diplo, our invasion/eviction is imminent.

Heck you should barely be able to get outside your pos shields without tripping over at least half a dozen corps (and corpses)

can confirm, you would be surprised at how much stuff greets you in your wormhole when you dont have huge numbers of high tech ships to threaten them with

no we usually have pretty big chains open. And we usually have pilot flying through said chains regularly. it is just that the last time we have had major entities in our chain, they rolled the hole away from us. and I don't just mean Ragnarok.

however if you meant that I myself am lazy... You would be correct on that one.

So i'll give a decent response to the OP, perhaps he's trolling, but i'll give a serious answer.

In regards to people rolling away from you, many reasons are there and some you've listed. I'd say its most likely that they didnt have the numbers on to keep a known WH group in their chain. Why leave a risk open to their Corp/Alliance?

As for Marauder gank? I'd say 90% of Marauders running sites would be bait, if they're the other 10% then their tank would last long enough to switch back to the other 90%.

If you know people are rolling the hole on you then be clever about it. Why not get a fleet ready to push up in to their system to get a fight in their home?

Some fights get delivered to your door, others you have to work for. I personally have seen lots of action lately so its probably that you've pissed Bob off and he's letting you think about the mistakes you've made, without telling you, like a woman would. ;)

didn't you know? Bob is a woman. She and Sweet Lady Salvage are lovers.

I thought everyone knew this.

I recall getting a ping on groupme about HK marauders in the chain. As far as i can remember there was mixed feelings on the number of people we had. its unfortunate I wasnt able to get online. I wouldnt mind welping a fleet into Hk

From us as well. We had about 3 more people online than those marauders and about 5 more in comms. Could have probably scrounged up MAYBE 3-4 more. In total we had about 17 real people on the low side who could have made it. (couple of marauders were dual boxing) We were debating on whether to come find you for a little bit, hence why we saw your guys as they rolled. When we saw you roll, the marauders were happy because they could come back home with no trouble.

We were afraid to try to come back with you in chain actually. But cest le vie. Guess it wasnt meant to be.

Well, you know, thinking back to when we used to be a C5 corp -- about an hour ago -- when we'd see Hard Knocks in the chain we would put out notices about not mining unscouted, keep watch on the holes, etc. The name alone was enough for us to be cautious in our PvE, and eager in PvP... but the time zones didn't match, so usually by the time we had enough guys on to go roaming looking for you the chains were collapsed.

Hope to bump into you soon. Let us know if you find a nice C5 Red Giant with good PI. The Otters are back in the market again, and if you can help find a new hole for us to live in, in a few months we'd be ready to lose a bunch of dreads & carriers fighting you again :-)

We like to mix things up a bit, sometimes we roll C5's, sometimes C6's. To get pew a lot of the time it generally means we have to push into peoples home systems a lot of the time lately, which is fine (esp if we outnumber), i mean we have had some epic fights out of taking that risk lately, so completely worth it.

Obviously we experience the same with people rolling in our faces, we have all done it at some point to be fair. Maybe everyone just needs to grow a pair, haha i dunno. Pirate

Yeah honestly I agree. People just need to nut up or shut up. Hk has rolled holes in people's faces but only at extreme times when we have assets that need protecting, or we don't outnumber our enemies 25-1.

So what happened guys? Over the last few months, since the defense of Lfarm home, I have noticed, or havent noticed, WHers are no where to be seen. We have run into a few, but mostly scanning tech 3s who report our location and then suddenly see 3 BS and Dread roll the hole. (Never fun to watch this btw)

It has been too long since hard knocks has seen a proper heavy armor tech 3 fleet going at it. Where did all the WH'ers go? When we have to farm brothers of tangra to get our rocks off (seriously you guys should do this though, its hella fun) it says something about WHers.

I have seen a strange phenomenon happen recently too. About three weeks ago we were in our static farming sleepers with super pimp marauders when we notice a new sig and a cov ops on Dscan. Then two cloaky tech 3s on D scan. We pull our marauders so safes and cloak. Then the people who rolled into us promptly rolled the hole. At a later time we had marauders running static sites and our scout reported he had come back from afk... never told us he was afk. He finds a new hole had opened up and reported a ragnarok scout. (Hole had probably been there for 5-10 minutes.) We pull back and to the hole, about to jump back home when scout reports he found a ragnarok orca on another hole in the new hole that opened into us. We ship into ishtars to try for free orca gank only to hear that dread jumped and orca jumped back. They rolled the hole on us. They saw an opportunity to kill marauders... and then rolled their hole.

Idk if this is becuase they saw the Hk tag, or didnt have enough people on and said screw it. But if I saw a group of marauders in my chain runing sites, I would do something, anything, to kill them.

I sometimes wonder if people see that HK tag and think that we are going to faceroll you. When I KNOW there are some groups, who see HK and get a huge pvp erection and ship up to heavy armor foaming at the mouth hoping for a chance to kill us. (Sky fighters I am looking at you.) Where as some people simply drool all over themselves every day. They dont count.

So I gotta ask, are people just not rollign their holes? Or is bob being the evil genius trickster that he is and not letting us have connections to save up for some huge fight?

I personally blame the education system. Lots of pilots seem to get ganked by midterms and they fail to re-ship for months on end.
