I have been drifting between different corporations for a while now, i have always been raised to be loyal to my employers yet upon earning my licence as a capsuleer i have found my oaths during my upbringing taxing.
Most of the corporations i have had the 'pleasure' of working for have been less than supportive. Do not get me wrong when it comes to fittings for my ships they have supplied, but they seem to hold there distance, i have found communications to be few and far between, i have never truly felt welcome, like i'm merely a source of tax.
Before getting back to my agents, i would like to ask are there any corporations on this forum who are looking for a diligent pilot, who is just looking for people to talk to out here in space?

Based on your public history, you haven't yet cultivated a reputation for unreliability. This puts you past the first hurdle I'd reckon.

By the look of things, plenty of pilots who are active here come from corps with open recruitment. If you have thought out your goals, dig around to get an idea of which corporations are in line with your intended trajectory. Landing a good initial fit will go a long way to improving your chances of long-term success.

If this is the crux of your issue sir then don't write off other social venues beyond a corporation itself.

My family, for instance, have almost always been members of our own corporations. We generally argue so much that we don't make the best company for one another anyway, so have always looked beyond our organization for social things. For years now we've found a ton of fun making friends in places like The Summit, our own public channels and those of others, even here in the IGS.

So get out there and get involved! You'll quickly form friendships and will find there's always people to chatter with regardless of what your corp is doing at the time.

your right, it's my own ignorance that has left me isolated. i will have to take a closer look at the chat interface. Thanks for the encouragement and perhaps next time you hear me ill be complaining about my ships capacitors being maxed out by spam XD

I doubt it's ignorance. New Eden isn't always the most hospitable place and making new friends and connections is often fraught with risk on various levels. It's little wonder some prefer to keep to themselves.

You also seem to be plagued by errant apostrophes. Lay low until the syntax police lose your scent.

From my experience, good favor and a bit of flavor in the chatter is healthy. Unfortunately, wanna-be tough guys swashbuckle around and many Corps seem to be led by lackluster leadership hell bent on grammar warnings and one-lined advice.

If your looking to cut through the time my Neocom is open, and even a drink or two around the few lounges can always get some good talk about the next venture. Just let me know!
