Balance & Profit
IMPML is run like any other corporation. We are a for-profit organization. Profit for the corp and profit for the member. Everything that IMPML does has to be done with profit. If there is no profit to be made in an activity we review and see if we can a) make it profitable or b) make it fun (and that is where profit in other areas allows us to do things that are fun, but not always profitable). Just because we want to make ISK doesn't mean that this is a cut and dry view of EVE. EVE is still a game for enjoyment after all. So let's have fun!!

Rewards & Recognition
We also feel that morale is a HUGE factor. We recognize milestone events, over member rewards and issue medals for excellent service. We don't just hand them out to hand them out. They mean something and are as important to us as they are to the recipient.

Hours of Operation
We are US/EU timezone corp with our prime time around 8pm EST.
We utilize TS3 for voice comms and EVE mail for written communication.
We don't require a skill point minimum but we do ask for active pilots. We would like activity to be at least a few hours a week. We like to do group activities, so there is plenty of opportunity to attend an event.

We are actively part of a Large Alliance. Our TS3 isn't just a Corp voice chat it is an Alliance voice chat. All of our corps actively use the save TS3 server so that we can better interact with each other and have an easier time of getting people together for fleets. On top of all of this we also have a VERY Active Alliance chat tab as well.

We normally have 30-50 people in alliance chat answering questions, joking around, looking for people for fleets, and giving advice.


Due to our alliance corps/members having no issues with conversing with each other it offers many more activates than a single Corp can easily provide on its own.

Some of our alliances corps are in Low-sec so if urn looking to expanded you EVE activities down into Low-sec there is no problem with that. We will help get them/you in contact with each other so that you can interact with them and join in on their events if that is what you want to do or so you at least have a safer place to solo in.

With the area of space we are in it is just a couple of jumps to Low-sec and a few to get into Null-sec. Over all it is just a quick hop, skip, and a jump and you have access to High/Low/Null right at the tips of your fingers.
